1. Services Provided

We offer professional trash and recycling bin cleaning services using eco-friendly methods. Services may include:

• Pressure washing

• Deodorizing

• Sanitizing

2. Scheduling & Access

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their bins are curbside and empty on the scheduled service day.

• Missed bins due to lack of access or noncompliance will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

3. Service Area

We serve residential and commercial customers within North Georgia. If you are outside our standard coverage zone, additional travel fees may apply.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due prior to service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept all major credit cards and online payments.

• Subscription plans (monthly/quarterly) will auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service charges.

• No refunds will be issued for completed services.

• Refunds for pre-paid services (e.g., subscription plans) will be considered case-by-case.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure bins are free from hazardous waste (e.g., paint, fuel, medical waste, feces).

• Keep pets restrained and provide safe access to bins.

• Notify us of any special instructions.

7. Damage & Liability

• We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing bin conditions (e.g., cracks, broken wheels).

• If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will either repair or replace the bin.

8. Weather Conditions

• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather (e.g., freezing temperatures or heavy rain).

• You will be notified in advance and given a new service date.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer information will not be sold or shared without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

North Georgia Bin Butlers reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of major changes via email or our website.
